Have you checked the board for a blown track on the heater relay.

    Re: B&Q £149.00 Hoover washer,how???

I was told last week by a customer who works for B & Q that they are going to stop selling free standing appliances, due to the amount of returrns for vibration, leaks and that they are unable to answer
    customers questions.
    Good news.

Had the same problem a couple of times after checking fan, valve ,blockages & overloading.
The fault was the thermistor ,I now always change the thermistor with
    every cut out failure.

    Re: Hotpoint WMA36 Overfilling

I had a problem with a wma overfilling after cleaning sump ,replacing the pressure hose, pressure switch & valves it turned out to be a module fault.
You can get the pre wash light flashing on overfill with a pressure system fault.

Have you checked the filter, a part blocked filter will give you an increased amount of water in the tub.

The 3rd & 4th led is the fault code for Nct short/open circuit, change the
dryer thermistor & check wiring to thermistor and board.
The fan, pump, and valve are switched on when a fault occurs

    Re: HOOVER AL110 – Airlock ???

If it’s one with the pump and filter assy check it’s not got a 1p coin stuck in the small sprigot on the pump/filter, has to be a blockage.

    Re: Hotpoint WMA 40

Why not run the module test program to find last fault.
