I allways take the weight off wrap tape around the plastic lugs
untill the weight fits tight, and put some superglue on the bolts.
Never had a problem after that.

I think the current drawn on the FHP motors is very close to the
fuse rating,i have had them blow if the machine has been overloaded.

I was sure it was the supressor, but still faulty.
Called Tony at EMW he thought it was the main board as the fault
only showed up when the suppressor plug is in, another scrap machine ,
fitted a new display board two months ago and that was the
second one thanks for the help

The machine does not have a moulded plug,I checked the plug connections all ok, also the fault would not go away if you unplug
the mains suppressor thanks for any help.

Have you checked for water leaks on the heater box and
around the grey pipe connections, it can drip on the module
    and cause it to trip.

Open up the plug to the pressure switch, had two machines in
the last week where the cable had burnt.

The only modiforication you need for a ctd dryer is to take it
down to the scrap yard, and crush it.

I have tried the same trick with the hairdryer, but trips again a few
loads later. The only solution is to replace the heaters, i think its
    down to poor quality insulators

    Re: Belling fridge problem

It sounds like it could be a blockage in the evaporator plate,
if thats the problem then its time for a new fridge.
