Had the same problem with a Zanussi last week, cant remember exact model. After doing all the same tests you have done I bit the bullet and ordered the PCB and just in case also the NTC.
    Result phew!!

    Good luck with yours

Had a quick look on MP and confirm that it is now a Diamond H.
Seems most replace the Stix with Diamond H.
Having done, well lost count of how many, I have never had a problem.
Holes should be the same as Stix?

    Hi John

You sure this model has a regulator, thought it had just the oven thermostat to control temp and a switch to select oven/grill?

    Thanks for the reply Martin.

You make this test sound pretty common place, I haven’t found it. Could you point me in the right direction so I can thoroughly interogate the prisoner…

There is mention on here about continous pump but no answer to it.

    Cheers

    Hi
Really sorry for the late reply. This was my last job before a break in Prague (my wifes birthday present). I found one in some of my old Hoover updates.

Typical… I had stacks of Hoover manuals, did a clearout and guess what…

    Thanks again

Re: Indesit IDL40 UK.C Not Drying

I have replaced many boards on these machines due to not heating. Never seen any burning on the board tho.

I usually check heater circuit to make sure if this is ok then its the board, the new board comes with a new NTC.

    Good luck

Re: Hotpoint DWF70S will not exit Demo.

Read on this forum 2 replies for this problem.

one said press reset for the 3 beeps then do the same for the on/off switch

the other one said press both on/off and start for 5 seconds.

    I tried both without success.
I tried various combinations of holding start cancel button and on off until eventually display went to dOff. SORTED.

I think it was press and hold start cancel untill you get th 3 beeps, then press the same button as if you were resetting it again and hey presto.

    Give it a try

    Cheers Dave.

I have tried on timed although on these dryers the timed is a 20m gentle heat, not sure why but hey I didn’t design em.

Will try contact Bosch and see if they can give me any tech info on these dryers.

    Thanks for reply

    Re: QER word of warning

We have had a few of this 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} charge with NFF, think its a bit exspensive.

The last one we got back last week, a Servis board, no spin.
Sheet attached says NFF but, they sent me back a different board with a number of wires soldered onto it and not to well ??

WHY if there is NFF did they not send the original board back?

I would stop using them now if I could but EMW (who are far better and more resonable) dont do a lot of boards.
