Likely a poor connection between user interface control & induction board.
Small jumper cable loose or poor connection.
    Or faulty p.c.bs

Try it on timed drying, see if it completes o.k, then look at sensors etc.

If you get F4 its a fault, meaning NTC fault, so either the NTC is out of range or poor connections (most likely) at n.t.c p.c.b etc.

They are not instant like an element, they require quite a bit of time to get up to heat. Check filters for airflow into air intake of refrig’ unit.

If you found cardboard in drip tray it was probably packaging that should have been removed on day one when appliance was delivered.
You need to clean with an antibacterial spray cleaner or any bacteria that was there will likely regrow & smell again.

Agree with Martin then, likely the pump is buggered or summit stuck in it, piece of broken crockery, glass, bone, sweetcorn kernel etc.

When you say you have bought small thermostats do you mean thermometers to read the temperature in fridge & freezer section?
You say “its not particulatly cold” could you post the temperature readings you get on here, be aware that some mercury type thermometers will rise the minute you open fridge door & by the time you read it it has risen a few degrees, if you are getting 5c or lower in fridge & -15c or lower in freezer thats about right.
It should’nt run a long time and if it is runnng for lengthy periods without switching off it may be due to poor sealing of the doors for instance, worse case scenario is that the compressor (motor) is failing or its low on refrigerant gas.
Most likely you need to get an engineer to check if you suspect either of the latter.

2 selector switches listed on parts diagram, 082983400 & 083292601, is there a little one piggy backed on the thermostat?

The Analogic pressure switch is incorporated into circuit board, it does have a small hose attached to it. I can be destriyed by blowing up into it by the way.
Most likely the problems people have described is the pressure vessel (at bottom of small hose) being blocked with gunge.

Re: How to fit hose and tray compressor

Theres normally a spout coming out from fridge at rear, the condenser at back sometimes hides the connection. If you carefully take off the condenser you should get at it. Pipe then should run down & terminate in tray. Tray normally either fixes on with clip or is stuck onto top of compressor. If you have difficulty doing this, would advise to get a service engineer to look at it for you.

Instant I saw it I replied..

Hand Iron flashing denotes problem with the NTC temperature sensor in the fill ring, could be NTC faulty or cable to it or poor connections to board.
This NTC measures the drying air temperature, its mounted just below the filter on the right hand side.
It should read approx 12k at 25c.

Do you know if it had heated?
Have had problems on them with small cable to heater thermistor & water counter going open circuit in loom at bottom of door.
Loom to pump could be on the way out either or pump going o/c when hot.
