Likely its the drop tray on top of motor thats dirty & requires cleaning, clean it & pipe to it with Anti-Bacterial spray.

As far as I know the armature is not available separately as a spare, brushes & tacho are though. You may find a second hand motor buts its a gamble.

    Eddie ,
Basically the relays 1 & 4 supply the feed to both halfs of the heater, neutral leg goes back via stats, most likely a P.C.B will cure it, parts not expensive.

Part numbers are correct for a Beko CDA563FW,
there are 3 different versions though, best to quote product code, or the complete model number which may be CDA563FW/1 CDA563FW/-2

Safety thermostat or NTC sensor may be faulty, i60 means a heating fault, best if you can post the 9 digit PNC code for the dishwasher as AEG have made many different models with different parts circuits etc.

If theres a small module attached to the side of appliance its likely the machine has a DC motor, there could be a triac faulty on the main p.c.b which can cause the problem you describe, firstly i’d disconnect power, check cabling from main board to motor & that all cable connections are tight. Check carbon brushes on motor are making good contact also. IF you don’t get it resolved then i’d be trying a main p.c.b, if that doesn’t sort it then DC module & worse case scenarion motor, luckilly for you Beko are really cheap with their parts unlike other manufacturers.

Re: Zanussi WJS1397W – stinking and leaking!

I’d imagine theres some residue in the screw that it should tighten into, normally its just a little piece of fluff or sandy grit that causes the filter seal to leak, you could try taking out the filter & reversing the rubber seal incase its worn on one side or order a new one. Now for the smell, theres a manifold on the dryer of the machine than runs down the inside on same side as pump filter, these tend to get blocked up with wet fluff & dirt gunge, if you can’t clean it, you may have to replace it.

Check the cable to small P.C.B of the water counter, & also the seating of the P.C.B in regard to the magnet. If its not seated correctly the reed switch on P.C.B won’t pick up signal from magnet & thinks its not filled. Circulation pump motor could also be blocked up, its an easy job to split & check.

I’ve repaired dozens of them in the past with just a soldering iron, a bad connection of a component which is visibly burnt on the P.C.B. Not seen many recently though as i’m not doing Miele any more.

Something likely stuck in the wash pump impellor, if it doesn’t register a pressure of water on the high pressure switch it will flash a fault. Easy enough job dismantle and remove any blockages.

Re: BEKO WM5100W Washing Machine error

Last recorded fault code was Unbalanced load.

Sounds like the door interlock has failed or pump has failed or that the impellor is jammed, when you press start the door should lock & pump should run before taking in water.
Many people press start button too long or twice, which will either cancel programme or pause it.

Try a door interlock , next time try an Engineer to check first before spending near £200 squids.
