You could wire a neutral to it for test purposes only of course to see if it worked o.k before condemning PCB. Sometimes the pressure vessel on these get bunged up, its normally mounted on front near heater apeteture, if they are not recognising a water level, pump won’t be activated.

ParticipantRe: Lux erl6297xsi f/f error code EF
EF means Evaporator Fan, some of these run a function test when plugged in, may run defrost heater, fan, compressors etc for a while.
Theres a pretty good service manual available for them if you have access to TDS, with tests routines, diagnostics etc.Seamy
ParticipantRe: beko drcs68w
Theres normally an NTC munted on the heater & one on front top of drum bearing housing with a long earth connection. You did test it in timed drying I take it?

It is if you don’t identify the type of motor, it could be a Ceset, Sole or FHP..

Normally the neons are switched by a selector switch contact on the front of t’stat. Have seen them fall out of their lens a few times. If t’stats are turned too far or turned the wrong way (anti-clockwise) the t’stat can jump out of its piggy back position behind the selector sw’, then no matter what postion the knob was turned on front it will make no difference as ‘stat is sitting off.

Some have resettable t.o.c on the heater, they can go out if the condenser has been blocked up.

Sounds like the pump may not be draining correctly. When you emptied the filter did you look to see if there was anything fouling pump impellor?

Possibly pump filter blocked, check if the grumbling sound is the pump trying to empty.
