Try turning up t’stat above 1, is it cooling o.k & turning off the compressor or running continuously. Sounds like theres a fault on the fast freeze switch.

As Kwatt posted, its best to get a repair guy out, flashes from a P.C.B & a Gas cooker are the recipe for a disaster.

Beko recommend you change the bearing housing assembly also, new front felts on bearing housings are stitched together & dont fall apart. Clean off the front of the drum of any sticky plastic residue as its this that normally causes the re-occurrance of belts breaking, if its not cleaned it will stick to new felt & take it off .

ParticipantRe: Zanussi ZCE7700X Cooker
Unlikely to be a fault with the hotplate as it shouldn’t have a supply to it when its not switched on, more likely incorrectly wired or faulty regulator. Multimeter should tell you if theres a supply to it & where its coming from. Check wiring to hob hot switch wasn’t put on wrong place.

Most likely the loom to lock & p.c.b has burn’t connections. Worst case scenario p.c.b may need replaced.
Advise customer to switch off appliance when not in use to prevent cooking the door lock.Seamy
