Might sound obvious but have you checked salt cap lid for cracks or perished seal ❓ , These can cause salt to leak in throughout cycle leaving a salty coating on the crockery ❗

Dave, the number listed in the old ‘paper parts sheets’ is C72-0074-0

I’ve also asked EAC but have had no response.

This is due to the ‘new improved service’ 😥

If you ring Bernstein they will sell you parts, pay up front by credit card no trade discount even to old agents they have dumped on 👿

    burned cakes are happening!

If cakes are burning it’s probably faulty thermostat causing oven to overheat 😥
Model number will still be required please

Bosch Part No: 036071 Cost around £3 available

Sorry Martin that part number is for thermostat sender seal on models where the sender fits at front of tub under the weight.

Bosch “quickfinder” does not list seperate seal or bearings for these spanish made models only the bearing cross complete.

The problem is what is the best way to seal a pin hole leak in the base of a dishwasher

BSH Appliance Care do a low temperature for this repair, involves no stripping out solder from inside tank. No part number available for this item, talk to their tech. department.
