    Red Stains on Clothing ?

Rather than start a new thread I’ll ask hear?
Can we list the main causes of staining on cloths that we have come across.

    I’ll start with:
Machines not being put through a 90 deg maintenance wash with descaler in areas of hard water once a month as a minimum.

    Card Payment facility incl terminal

Yes your right. I had a bit of an issue with the rep that came to see me. It appears he told me one thing and wrote down another on the contract.

Told me 36 mths and put 60 mths down.
Told me no MMSC, £10 put down
Told me no extra charge to use with online shop, turns out there is.

So I canceled the contract after negotiations failed.

That rep. no longer works for them.
Had an account manager come to see me today to see if he could put right the wrong.
    Got 36 mths
And use on online shop for free.
    Result

Out of interest did the customer call you because the bearings where noisy or because of the marks?
If you replaced the bearings because they had failed then that has resolved that problem. If there is still another problem that couldn’t be detected from the strip down then this needs to be investigated at the customers expense. It’s there machine with the problem. If the fault existed before you worked on it and still exists now, then you haven’t caused it, you are in the process of locating the fault, you have eliminated one possible cause.
If the customer feels you are the cause they need to prove that.

Yes, done it, call handling now installed and working bar preview and printing, they come up with errors.
Had to remove everything and re download and install.
    Haven’t re-tried stock control yet.
I use Microsoft office for calendar on desktop and iPhone. Will there be a sync available in the future?

    Random Wet Dog Smell

Does he have a dog? And if so does he rinse it down in the sink? And is the dishwasher connected to the sink waste? Could it be that some dog hairs are getting taken back into the dishwasher via sink waste if drain pipe not positioned higher than waste out let pipe? Just a theory?

I seem to think that bleach breaks down rubber which could add weight to your theory Martin. Going back to my chemistry lessons (a long tome ago) to stop the affect of bleach (an alkli) rotting rubber an acid will need to be used to neutralise its effects. I think lemon juice is an acid. Please double check all this but I sure that’s right.

    vestfrost drinks fridge

I have just had the same problem with the same fridge. Turned out to be the door switch had bent upward and wasn’t activating the fan. Straightened the plastic of the switch back into place and all fine.

    Website Local Search

I have also been looking at this. One trick they use is to have landing pages for each town they are targeting and they also set up a local telephone number diverted back to call Center.

I have experimented with registering domain names to match search and town, ie: http://www.iphonerepairshull.co.uk
This went to 2nd listing on first page from day 1
