just watched this guy on i player £65 call out, why didnt he just take the callout charge and leave without doing anything, which is exactly what my nearest competitor does.
70 complaints against him with trading standards and they did nothing.
i had a complaint 20 years ago, an old lady with a twin tub i never fixed it and i never took a penny off of her she phoned trading standards, 30 minutes later they phoned me.suedehead1

hi thanks for the replies the water pressure is goodit seems to show H20 nearer the end of the program i am thinking maybe the conditioner valve is faulty

i had already searched H2O and it said not filling pressure switch tube, syphoning all checked and ok.

the elements are perfect,
the original fault was a faulty solenoid on the condenser valve.

i checked the orange wires both ok, both elements ok for continuity but it still will not take in water fo the condenser.
i put it through a test and it takes in water for the condenser, i dont undestand how it isok on test but not ok on a program?

hijacking an old thread went out to one of these on thursday not drying properly put it through a test cycle customer said it was showing E10, test came up E72 checked the solenoid for condenser water it was faulty i changed it but it still wont take in water for the dryer it gets positive but no negative.
checked the pcb all tracks and triacs looked ok.
am i missing something or is it the pcb?suedehead1

i sold a couple of hoover oph614’s and i was suprised by the lack of depth for a 6 kg machine.
i didnt need to clear a big space in the van for it.suedehead1
