i always think its either fault 52 or 25 i would check the motor brushes first.

the spray arms turn by the force of the water like a garden sprinkler they are not driven round.
if you open the door quickly in the middle of the program you should get wet if there is good pressure.Re: Hoover HOD6615
is the wash pump motor going? if not it may need a new capacitor plug out if checking.

its probably the motor brushes plug out if checking but the best advice would be contacting an engineer through repairs@.

thanks Martin,
i will just need to fit a new pcb,the redress point was if the brush hadnt pushed the sleeve out the back then the pcb wouldnt have blown.
i was wondering if this is a common problem, i fitted another pair of these carbons today and i tried to push the sleeve out and it wouldnt move,

i had one exactly the same indesit gave her another machine it looked like the inner drum had burst open at high speed knocked the conctere weight up breaking the lid and the dispenser then it smashed the door off,
the unusual part was that the belt was still on.

check the motor?
seriously could be the motor plug or wiring but more likely to be a burnt out motor a costly item if i remember correctly.Re: Whats the most annoying thing customers do?
i missed a call on the mobile this morning it was a land line, phoned the number straight back no answer, no answering machine, i have phoned every hour since (well is been a bit quiet) finally get the bitch at 8.30pm.
she says because i didnt get back to her she has made other arrangements.
i told her i had phoned a dozen times she said too bad i have made other arrangements.

i assume you have checked the clear pipe going fom the matrix to the sump?
