    it sounds to me that it is not heating,
    but you should also check the filter,
    always remove the plug before checking.

    its possible the the float chamber which tells you to empty the water is stuck.
    bit off a big job plug out first.

    or you used to get those black rubber drain hoses kinked when you pushed the machine back in.
    i have fixed hoover machines older than that and the age shouldnt put repairers off.

    take the base off will let you into the fixing for the heater,
    plug out if trying but the best thing to do would be to contact someone on repairs@
    plug out if you are going to try it.

    the motor is 512020900 the number is normally printed on the motor

    are we getting the japanese to build it for us as well as our trains,
    british jobs for british people (as long as there is no one else within the eec wanting to do them).

    i just seems to be a big spares sales counter and an office.
    i suppose i am getting a bit paranoid.
    i lost a lot of work when gbdar went down the pan and a big main street shop doesnt come cheap so they must be confident of getting a good return.
