    Hi.

It does indeed sound like a fault with the control electronic.

Do you have the product number found on a rating plate on the underside of the product? It will begin: 94959—-/–.

    Hi.

It won’t be a thermostat fault as all versions of this model are electronic controls. It could be that is faulty but to be honest I would think it more likely to be a system fault.

Does the freezer seem too cold perhaps as this may indicate a system restriction.

    Hi.

E20 is a drain issue, not a fill issue as replacing an inlet vale would usually require. Are you sure it wasn’t E10 perhaps?

Has the drain filter been checked?

    Hi.

    Does the door lock?

If so, does it start to fill?

If so, does the drum turn?

    Please advise.

    Hi.

Have you accessed the diagnostic to retrieve the last recorded fault code?

Also, do you have the product number as this model has 12 different proucts that it relates to.

It could be the lock motor &/or mechanism itself that is physically jammed.

I don’t think Lee was intending to say ALL Asians don’t pay up but I have to say from personal experience that SOME, especially in Greater London, are rather reluctant to pay the agreed price for spurious reasons.

Having said that, this is not something that you say is unique to any particular group of people as human nature is such that people will use any edge to their advantage. Colour, race, religion, whatever is irrelavant.

gonna strip it out and see whats what tonight, see when you say it is leaking, are we talking about a leak, from the main vessel into the electronic side of things?

    thanks guys

All that happens is the water pools in the base, raises the polystyrene float, switches microswitch, supplies permanent feed to drain pump.

Not neccessarily leaking onto electronics. Could be a loose hose clip or softener nut. Could be a split in something. Could be blocked air chamber causing overfill. Investigation will be required.

    Hi.

The anti flood device has triggered because you have a leak.

    Hi.

If it is product number: 944171010. it is either pt no: 3110411000 or 3110224015.

If you can tell me if it is the left, right or centre knob that it relates to I can tell you which one it is.

You have to remove the side panels & top first but yes the drum comes away with the back panel.

    Re: Gauge manifold & hoses.

    Hi Bob.

I usually work on R600a so ideally am after one that shows millibars as well as a compound gauge although I do sometimes see R134a. Also a double gauge would be preferable.

    Cheers.

    Hi.

    Motor capacitor weak?
    Lint build up jamming drum?
    Belt tension pulley?
