I know what the water in NW Kent is hard as I live there. Limescale is a real problem around here. Also probably you will find some of that stuff is detergent residue. A boil wash without laundry & half a measure of a quality brand biological powder based detergent periodicall will help.

Worktop & back half of cabinet can be removed to allow access to the wash heater at the rear of the tub.

E00 means that there are no faults that have been detected by the main electronic.
What exactly are the reported symptoms?

The base element is not used during ventitherm fan assisted cooking but it is used on the pizza mode in conjunction with the fan & fan heater.

You may want to check if the carbon brushes on the motor have worn out.

As you say the reading was 29.5 Ohms, I would say that the triac on the board has blown & unless you know anyone that can replace just the triac, the board would be required.
On the wires for the circ. pump, it doesn’t matter what way around you connect them.

Hi.
Heater resistance is usually about 25-30 Ohms. If this is ok then most likely the heater triac on the PCB has failed.
Also check the heater for insulation too.
The sensor is possible but not usually something that fails.
