    Showing what mate?

Anyway, usually either the evaporator is choked with frost (defrost heater o/c) of the fan can cut out intermittently (fan motor assy).

Apparently, the serial number is: 703190264. Does that look like a serial number or is there another number I need?

    Re: Hotpoint Aqualtis AQGL129PM.

Righto. Been & looked at it & turned out to be a blocked drain filter. Unfortunately, the filter is broken & it is now leaking from the join of the filter & the pump housing. Can I get the filter & Gasket alone or is it only available with the pump? Part numbers & rough prices apprieciated.

    Thanks.

    You are a gentleman Jim.

As I see this has a 3 phase motor I have to agree that brushes are at best unlikely. To be fair, I haven’t seen it yet.

    😀 😉

    Hi.

Check the dry heater. If below 40 Meg, change it. You will most likely find ED4 in the memory which will usually be as a result of this very fault.

    Hope this helps.

Hi guys. Thanks for the info so far. There has been no fault code displayed to the user, just the door locks, time counts down normally but no fill, no drum action, zip! If there is no diagnostic like Lux Group product for example & there is no fault code known to have been displayed, any help is appreciated.

    Keep the ideas coming people.

    Cheers.

Well, I fiited the lock & guess what? Same thing happened. I traced the wires back to a board on the back right of the appliance. I assume this is knackered. Are there any diagnostics, fault codes etc for this?

    Hi.

In my experience, this usually is the result of an out of calibration sensor.

    2083972022 is the part number.
