    Hi.

Common reason, heater aside, is that the heater relay on the main board is kaput. If so, new board is required.

    Hello again.

If you have got something caught between the tub & drum, you might be able to retrieve the item using a torch & long nose pliers. If not, it is a complete tub removal, strip down & rebuild.

Also, it may be that you need a new door seal as the gap between the drum & tub opens up as the seal wears/distorts & that is how the problem can start.

    Good luck. Keep us posted.

Good & bad is found everywhere. None of us are perfect. All any of us can do is our best.

    Peace all.

    Bungle?

Why won’t Zippy, George or Geoffrey help? 😀

Not familiar with Teba but usually the covers on most other brands either unscrew or unclip.

    Hi.

Have you entered the diagnostic to retrieve the last recorded fault code?

I haven’t had the board cause that issue but all things are possible.

If it is a configuration code issue then it will be a code in the E90 range, not E85.

If you are measuring a good reading from the circ. pump from the board connections then the board itself must be faulty.

I have sometimes found that the board can cause this problem.

    Hi.

Using a suitable resistance test meter, if you measure across the recirc. pump terminals, it should read approx 180-200 Ohms. If anything outside this, you need a new recirc. pump.

There are 8 or so screws at the front of the appliance, 2 of which are behind the control panel. These need to be unscrewed to allow the drum cylinder to be removed with the bearing assembly. When refitting, fit the new bearing assembly to the cylinder before replacing. Otherwise it is like putting toothpaste back ito the tube.

    Hi.

It could be from that description that the control PCB is bow-loxed.

    Hi.

I think this one is made in France. I am no expert in Geography but if I’m right, I am sure that cannot then be German.

Unless we actually lost the war. 😯

    ACHTUNG!

Mind you, they only say it is made to German spec, not that it is actually German manufactured. These sales guys have more spin than Shane Warne.
