Drain off water & dry as best you can.
    Clean matrix / tube.

Then with the sides still off give it a whirl & watch.

You may find it dosen’t leak & was due to tablet (doubling up on rinse aid) used or customer opening door during cycle.

Re: Zanussi washing machine ZWF1240W E30 error code

E30 is pressure switch related. But do check insulation of motor & heater. Low insulation can cause this error.

    How about the pressure switch?

As you know the last rinse is higher than the wash and other rinse level.
Sound like its going into the safety level of the pressure switch?

Saying that ive never changed a p.switch on this model and am only assuming it has afore mentioned safety level.

    What do you reckon?

Re: HT WMA62 door lock will not lock

    Definitely the board.

Thats assuming you have used your terminal screwdriver to slide across the door lock. This eliminates the door handle / hook / spring from being your culprit. They can sometimes look & feel ok!

79.9 Mohms on the motor. Thats ok.

(You have checked child lock isn’t activated?)

I wondered where they had gone….when I google my area they are normally up there at the top.

It would be interesting to know what went wrong.

I wonder if it was finding engineers to cover the 6am time slots?

    Re: AW23 soap hose

Yesterday I went to a 15 month old AW23 to change the start button & board.

Not a massive clearance but nowhere as close as yours Jim. I wonder if the suspension is being manufactured by another supplier or something?

A heavier or oversized top weight may be the easiest solution?

I don’t think its bosch’s fault. Its the date…16th June. I was due a credit on that date from a different company. It never happened.

Perhaps this is the beginning of the end!

    Re: smeg WDI12

I’ve used a hotpoint wm series switch before. You have to modify the end of it a bit to get the cap to fit. You may find a hoover new wave switch would do the job as well.

Connect do list the switch for that machine but its out of stock.
