In this case it’s a ZWG7160P. I was being generic as I was assuming most of the newer ones with the 2 paddles and fluff filter will be the same construction.

I know what the obvious answer is. I had a Siemens doing a similar thing last week, but only on one program, so the question is more about the error code (if it is one) – corrupted PCB or circulation pump.

Thanks. I didn’t see any sign of a leak at the solenoid the last time I was there. The water was apparently coming out of the front , so off with the kickplate.

Thanks for that – just have to try to explain it to the customer in a way that doesn’t see my buying hinges every month…

Thanks for that. What an over-engineered sod of a thing to get into. Still couldn’t get it apart, but managed enough to get it changed.

The next question is What is E19? I think I know what E20 is, but I’m positive it was 19 flashes, not 20.

just replaced them on a Bosch single oven. The cooling fan wasn’t running and it knackered a 6 month old element causing it to trip the consumer unit after running for 10 minutes.

I did one recently and took a photo of it – if I can find it I’ll post it, but I might have deleted it. I do remember the wires only being long enough to reach certain terminals

Are you fitting the new pulley in the kit as well? It is smaller than the one on the machine.

I’m bumping this as I’ve had them back on the phone.

    Anyone had a similar problem?

That would be the pressure chamber then?
I’ll see if they want to give it a go – it’s not an expensive part if it ends up living in the van for a while.

She did say that the top shelf felt hot, so I’m assuming the light is staying on. The display is completely dead.
To be honest I didn’t pull it out to check the compressor. i was assuming some sort of module issue as there seemed to be power as the light was on.

I doubt she will wait 14 days for a part anyway, so thanks very much for the help, if I see another one I will have a much better idea what’s wrong with it.

    Hello,

I’ve double checked, the model number is correct.

I think it is made by Whirlpool – there are whirlpool parts listed on Connect & Qualtex. It does have the display between the fridge and freezer, so it is probably the model you’re thinking of.

The module isn’t listed on Connect and is Special Order with Qualtex – I have a feeling she will buy a new one rather than wait.

    Thanks for the help.
