Been back to this machine today and heater reads 2 Meg ohms to earth after it has been on for 20mins. So ordered a new heater but had a choice of two, a 240v element or 230v element. I have ordered the 240v one. can anyone explain the choice of two? 😕

Been using the Trade Mk Jubilee clips that are not very narrow or flexible.

Went to a Bosch WAA28161 GB/07 this had a sealed drum and was manufactured in Oct 2007 to my surprise. Did not realize they had been out that long.

She did have the same problem with this machine last November but another firm visited on that occasion,they changed the pump and removed some limescale according to the reciept.
Maybe I will ring her and suggest changing both pressure switches as the pressure hoses were ok and the pressure vessel was free of lime scale.

Lets hope the pump needs changing every six month that will teach Bosch a lesson.

What a horrible looking machine and sure to drag the Bosch brand name down even further. Do they expect the customer to empty that filter 😥
Still at least the pump is not sealed to the drum 😆
