    Re: circuit board repairs

Could be worth a go but only 6 month Gtee compared to 12 months at EMW.

Re: Bosch WTL 5400 GB/04 Skipping Cycle

    Sorry Greg WTL 5400 GB/04.
Well I did give the condenser box a clean out but I will have a closer look at the fine mesh slots where the cool air flows.
On the intial visit the pump chamber was full of grey sludge causing the water container light to come on prematurely but that is ok now.
If the condenser box is ok have you any other suggestions.
    Thanks

Re: Hotpoint dishwasher BFI620 error message, what does it m

I think you should test the heater first before making a purchase.
In my case it was the heater but it could be board fault.

    POWER OFF BEFORE WORKING
Remove base to gain access to heater.

The only thing you are doing wrong is using it! this model is absolute cr@p, do your self a favour and get rid of it as it will always be trouble.

Re: Hoover HNC 170 Heater Change?

Been to a few of these over the last couple of years and as yet I have ducked the job pushing it on to the manufacturer under the parts Gtee as I dont feel that happy about cutting into the wiring when the proper connectors have been supplied with the new heater. Due to the poor quality of these dryers I dont think I would attempt a drum out on this one 😥
    Thanks

Thanks for all your help on this one guys, new stat now in place after a bit of work with the pliers. Found 2 broken wires near the motor plug which I have fixed.
    Thanks again
