    It`s just the sliding soap draw that has broken, rinse aid seems fine.

    I dont think this module has to be configured as there was no instructions in the box.

    EMW have never let me down and can`t be criticized for not repairing some boards wether it be for technical or financial reasons.

    Got to be Neff.
    Zanussi bearings and PCB failures are very common in less than 3 years now.
    Gone are the days when their appliances would last 15 years and more 😥

    Worth ringing Distripart and asking for a heavy discount. Have got 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} off some older over priced AEG parts.
    I always explain how old the machine is and no customer would pay that sort of money etc.

    I guess you have no rcd at your house. The machine has an earth fault that needs checking out with a megger. Heater, motor, mains filter etc.

    Are you sure the customer is right, after all you did the 30min cycle which you found to be ok.
    Suggest ringing the customer 1 hour before your next visit and get her to put a long wash on.
