    Hi all,

    just thought I’d let you know traced problem back to a pinhole in pressure hose, which had been rubbed through on module cover.Module itself was ok.

    thanks for your reply. I did tell the customer she would be better using powder detergent rather than the tabs.

    Martin,

    as far as I’m aware the 5 year warranty should not be affected just because there is a change of customer. It is a 5 year warranty on the appliance.

    have you checked for broken wiring near to motor plug,sometimes broken inside insulation?
