ParticipantRe: Bosch DKE995AGB hood – no lights!!
I know – :rolls: – the customer is still recovering from the shock!! At that price and also being a non – returnable part, I need to be sure otherwise I’d rather turn the job down.
Thanks,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Bosch DKE995AGB hood – no lights!!
I found the fuse and it tested out OK. 😕 So I am assuming it’s the PCB at fault. There is no power supply to the lamp transformer and the fan sometimes hums when switched off.
Weird thing – and a joy to dismantle – NOT!!! Brand new induction hob directly beneath….gulp!!!Thanks for the input. If you can help some more, it would be greatly appreciated.

ParticipantRe: BELLING IDW 603 INT D/W (SERVIS CLONE)
Are you looking for the type fitted to the Hotpoint DF53? They have the cords and stirrup fittings. Put “hinge DF53” into Connections and have a look. 😉
Hope that helps,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Bosch SGS6962GB/13 dishwasher 199 minute wash!!
Fills, heats, drains, washes – all components seem to work OK. The metering system was quite blocked and would trigger the pump on and off during filling. After the clean out, that fault had cleared.
I’ll call the customer tomorrow after she has done a couple of cycles and see how it’s progressing.
Will the turbidity sensor clean itself up now the sump is clear? Thanks for the help, guys!!

ParticipantRe: ZANUSSI W1242W
If you mean the rear half of the drum – 124200922/1. This supersedes the original part 124671180/6. There are 2 PNC numbers for this model: one is for the Zanussi version; the other for the Zanussi-Electrolux type. This drum fits both.
If it’s the cabinet you want, post back with the PNC number. 😉HTH,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Bosch Classixx 1400 Express
It sounds like the concrete weights are loose. It is worth checking that their mounting bolts and straps are tight and then give it a retest.
Power off, plug out before any inspection. :plug:
Hope that helps,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint CTD40P top LED flashing (F8).
This machine is like a bad smell……….. :rolls:
Just when I thought no-one would be daft enough to repair it – the headmaster of the school said “Go ahead”. Damn. 👿
To recap on my first post, the drier starts up, then after 5 seconds the ‘time delay’ LED flashes and the drum turns with no heat.
I was asked for the serial number – 508030043.
Any help to identify the correct PCB greatly appreciated!!Thanks,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Ariston Marherita 2000 AWD12 Advantage
Does the door lock up? Open and shut the door firmly to ensure the latch has engaged the door interlock and start the machine again.
If the door doesn’t lock, then the interlock may be faulty. If the door locks, then the PCB module (computer board) could well have failed.
If you suspect the PCB, then seek an engineer’s inspection before despairing . 😉HTH,
Steve.

ParticipantRe: Single oven tripping earth RCB
Fan oven element shorting. 😉 This is a common problem with all fan ovens across all makes. The element can be found behind the oven back panel (inside the oven). Unscrew this and the circular element will probably be blown or misshapen.
The element will be readily available from Shop@: click the banner.Power off, plug out before any inspection. :plug: Stay alive!!
Hope that helps!!
