    i agree…..we used to change that tablet toc for this fault when i worked at hoover……. there used to be a hotspot on the spiral element so we would stretch the element where it was sited next to the tablet

    motorized top detergent box cover…..u will hear it clicking ….dont bother trying to fix it, it never works…repolacement top…@£55 …easy to fit

    the diagonstics on these will always lead u to the fault…..can u give me the code..u need to enter diagonostics!

    i agree with the spindoctor.. get the customer to turn it off for at least 24 hours to defrost and then change the sensors

    e20 0n dry only > CHANGE THE CONDENSOR OR CLEAN IT TO AN INCH OF YOUR LIFE lol…….honestly it is easier and no expensive to swap the condensor…always e20 on dry only this one!

    cut all cable ties and plastic moulds on old pcb holding cables, and then pull upwards………its fiddly !!!!

    i would go for a stat if the complete rear wall is iced…..if there is partial ice or a ice lump, then its low gas or partial blockage!….if you have a massive but complete wall ice build up then its a stat or sensor or pcb , depending on what the control system is……. system repairs are all about the fridge, can confuse but it is all about the fridge control,

    hope it helps m8…..taken me 20 years to get my head around fridgeration systems, which is now my best skill
