Great Detail Fault code is 37 Pump error
Pump does have a thermal cut Out. It will resset on cooling down
Pump should not get that hot that you cannot touch it (Power OFF ||||)
after it has been running
If it is getting to hot you will need to replace pumpRe: F&P GW500B-U Won’t Spin
Think you might be reading Fault Code wrong way round

If 00101011 (Fault Code 43)

Usually the culprit
put on warm wash check to see if your getting any voltage from PCB To hot & cold valve
