ParticipantThis is the same bloke from Anglesey who rang me up as a supplier of ISE’s and would’nt get off the phone asking loads of questions, he is desperate for a ISE2.
He lives in Wales, I live in the south east of England!, a little bit too far then. . .

ParticipantThat was hard to watch!
If he puts that live lead on to the chasis whilst holding it with the marigolds, does he thinks he will be fine!.
If any of you are signed up to Youtube please tell him what he is doing is actually incredibly dangerous.

ParticipantDid you test the machine with a load? What was the load that was jumping all over the place?, possibly an out of balance load.
These machines have a very sensitive out of balance load, advise redistributing load.
Are you saying that the drum feels restricted in its movement if turned in a certain direction, this could indicate a blockage behind the drum, did you ckeck the sump etc?

ParticipantI installed that ISE10 washer, he’s got a ISE5 dishwasher next to it now.
I had to install the ISE10 in his shed before the house was built which was bloody hard work removing an entire shed load of stuff and putting it back after. In fact I had to do it twice as they sent out to me a ISE5 washer first.
Just had a look at the repeat, he has now hidden the machines next to that boiler thing under the worksurface with furniture doors on so thats why you cant see the machines, grrr

ParticipantI dont think the inlet valves are getting power as these are new ones and still not filling.
I will go back tomorow and check the board.
Thanks for replying graham.boselecta
ParticipantI can’t put my meter on the fill valve to test as its the fill valve encased in plastic moulding inside the aquastop.
I dont think so as I can’t hear it being energised.boselecta

Participantalso water runs off crockery and cuttlery where as plastic has a rough surface and retains surface water, using rinse aid helps with cuttlery and crockery but makes no difference with plastics.

ParticipantSounds like your describing the defost timer. This could be the fault, could be overiced, have you checked the normal frost free functions, heater, fan, stat or blockages etc.?
Cant remember this appliance is the evaporator top mounted or behind the freezer back wall? -
