Start a new post and title it with the make and model of your dishwasher and i’m sure help will follow 😉

ParticipantRe: White Knight Tumble dryer
Hi sw1tchs
No…tumble dryers do not have any transit packing so I would recommend NOT using the appliance until it’s checked out. There may indeed be something inside that shouldn’t be there, or something inside has moved/come adrift during transport.
Either way it needs checking out before any posible damage is caused.
Being new this will be covered by any guarantee so give the manufacturer a call. If you bought the appliance from a small outlet (not one of the ‘high street’ chain stores) then it may be worth giving them a quick call first – they generally offer a higher level of service and as the fault doesn’t sound too serious they may just pop out and sort it for you.

Good news and bad news Dave…
Good news the bin number is 023192, the bad is it’s out of stock 😕
it’s the one with the blue cover, just says issue No.2 in the bottom corner of the cover under the logo etc
Anytime you want some pretty pics then holler! 😆
And if i don’t speak to you before then have a very happy Christmas and a prosperous new year….keep up the good work!

ParticipantRe: Ocean fridge/freezer APM 6825
Hi Willie
kwatt is correct though depending on the model it may just be the stat which is worth replacing. This would obviously depend on the make/model of your fridge.
Perhaps if you post the details here then a guide price for replacing it could be found…Clive

ParticipantRe: Hygena AHY8102 Dishwasher help
Hi nh
I agree with Dave…sounds like a water level control problem which is usually down to a mechanical blockage (food residues)Clive

Hi Paul
Is that the same as the Neff and Hotpoint? There’s a glorious black and white pic in WashVac’s catalogue page 464…might open up your options 😉

Hi Bob
Thanks for your thoughts…the cooling fan appears to work ok
Looks like it’ll be a new board if it’s still available 🙁

ParticipantRe: Hygena – Element Replacement
Hi RFB
There is no manufacturer called Hygena…this is an ‘own brand’ name specific to MFI. They have used more than one manufacturer to make the machines for them over the years so if you can post the model number of the machine here then the element can be identified for you, and the quickest supply method suggested.Clive

ParticipantRe: BOSCH SGS3042GB DISHWASHER
…and perhaps let us know if the machine gets hot when it sticks, or if it’s pumping cold water around inside?

ParticipantRe: neff dishwasher not emptying???
Hi max
Firstly check the filter in the base paying particular attention to underneath it – lift out the filter, then lift out the plastic frame it sits in and have a good look in the bottom, often there is an accumulation of muck down there.
If the machine trips then that is another fault, most likely the heater or less likely the wiring harness at the base of the door – either of these require an engineer to diagnose/repair

ParticipantRe: Hygena AHY 8101/2 Leak
…not to mention potential probs with the harness at the base of the door?
