This may seem like a strange question but is the old interlock exactly the same as the new one – this product run had a change of manufacturer of the interlock – they are not directly interchangeable without modification.

You may struggle to get the relay as generally they are supplied with the compressor not as a seperate item. If you post up the details on the compressor label we should be able to match it up for you.

If you have power to the relay then either the relay/overload assembly is faulty or you have a duff compressor – if on switch on you get a hum followed by a click then its the compressor.

You need to find out what the actual temperature is in the fridge compartment. Once this is found you can diagnose if it is short of refrigerant or the thermostat/defrost system is defective

Once again but with no surprise I am amazed at just how stupid these people are. They are in financial difficulties, and at this point need the support of their engineers, so what do they do they fire off a broadside which just p****es everyone off. The brass necked cheek to suggest that its all our fault is just beyond me. I’ve just checked our outstanding calls and like Lawrence all our calls are awaiting parts from them. Any moron must surely be able to work out that those that get paid on completion of jobs are not going to leave them lying around when they could be making you money. Just another example of someone with no experience of running an independent network trying to pass the buck at our cost. Having left a message on DH phone ‘those that live in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’ I rest my case :cuss:

As usual I see that you are avoiding the question – so I will ask again and perhaps you will humour me and list the telephone numbers of the 5 directors and the office staff that are so approachable? A staight answer to a straight question. However, if you don’t feel able others will make up their own minds about the subject matter you have included. But there again you have nothing more to say ❗

Should be about 45 minutes, but if I remember right if you set the timer knob one click too many it changes to nearly two hours. :rolls:
