    Re: Bosch WVF2401GB/01

Thanks for the information Martin and Paul.
To expand a little, if the timer is manually turned it will wash, drain and spin, just the timer won’t step on on it’s own.
I’ve ordered a pressure switch (more or less to give me time) but have a real gut feeling that the wiring on the timer has been screwed up.
I’ll certainly check out the motor plug and the loom down to the motor.

    Thanks

E60 is shown to the user. Go into diagnostics and read the last recorded error for the ones shown in the book. 😉

    OK, thanks for the replies.
I’ll check to see if it’s 180 degrees out but I’m 99.9999{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} sure it isn’t.
I’ll also check to make sure I’ve been sent the correct pcb.
Wouldn’t be the first time it’s been wrong.

    Thanks

    Re: Hotpoint fhp motor 1604822

Looking from the front of the machine (rear of the motor) the original motor had pin 1 on the right. The fhp has pin 1 on the left.
Rewiring the plug to the new plug is a case of reversing them.
(Some have been cutting the key way off the plug, turning it upside down and plugging into the new motor.)

It won’t change program if the door lock is shorted out.
In normal operation you set the program then close the door.
I’d suspect that the door lock was in the “made” state when they tried to set the program.

Re: Zanussi WJD1257W Error E90 On Tumble Dry – What is E90?

E90 is the code shown to the user. It covers all the error codes in the 90’s.
You’ll have to access to diagnostics to get the last error code which should narrow it down for you.

Count the flashes between pauses, the result is in the known error codes.
