could be the overfill error, the pcb ignores the pressure switch and continues to fill until overfill level is reached, usually around 5 mins into the program given all the flaffing around they do before filling properly. New PCB is the cure I am affraid, but take the rh side off and watch it as it fills, (you cannot hear it filling once the circ pump starts) if it is still filling when it aborts then it is almost certainly the problem.
Only other thing maybe could be a slightly earthed circ pump caused by the leak, just a barely moving megger needle is enough.

Question: If you ask 10 customers over the phone for the model no. of their appliance, and tell them where to find it, how many will:

    A) Be able to find it, and
    B) Get it right first time?

Answers on a postcard please. There’ll be a prize for the first correct answer pulled out of the sack.

mind you, IME the same can be said for many employed engineers!

never mind the model number, just the make of the thing is often a problem for them.

I think he wants to know how the facia comes off, Martin.
I dont know for certain but a lot of Bosch facias are just pull/prise off as they are atached by spring clips.

see if disconnecting the circ pump clears the jammed pcb, if so there may have been a slight leak (usually from the o rings on the air brake-softner unit joint) causing an earth fault which can cause this. Other than that it will be the pcb.

might find its a blocked air break causing low water pressure = really slow fill times. Have to replace air break if so.

    Re: Nut runner help

had one the other day, an almost new Whirlpool front loader, could not get the screw out of the dispenser due to it being down a narrow tube, a normal nut spinner or socket would never reach it. it was a 6mm size. In the end i made do without.
