must admit I came up with that 70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} figure off the top of my head. It is not unusual to have a full day of intergrated stuff though. Not that they all need to come out of their housings.
As I said earlier, I have had more problems with free standing than with Build ins. The thing is, once I have been called out, driven there and have an hour or so time booked to be there I am not going to turn around and leave for nothing without at least giving it a good go. If you make sure the customer is aware of the problems involved by pointing them out before hand and ensure they know that this is over and above your normal job duties they really do not complain about any damage.December 18, 2008 at 9:42 am in reply to: Integrated appliances – Are we human or are we joiners #271456eastlmark

So, when you guys decline a job as it is too risky (or, lets face it more likely, time consuming.) do you just walk away unpaid or demand a payment for your call and wasted time? just wondering.
70{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of my calls are for intergrated appliances, its where the money is. I could not afford to walk away without getting paid. Odd thing is that any accusations or claims for damage I have encountered have all been for free standing appliances.eastlmark

K.
Most odd, apologising for everything and our losses, offered to help liase with D&G over the unpaids from them, confirmed about Mr Willey taking the spares (slight snag over the ownership of the building holding things up there apparently) and the sign off……. “if I get back in the trade will you mind if I give you a call?”
Obviousy something planned.eastlmark

its all through the back of the drum, the ring of hex screws you can see and then there are 2 hidden screws either side of the drum bearing that are reachable through the 2 slightly larger holes in the drum rear. (use a torch, you will the the hex heads) The nuts are captive so dont worry about them. Lot easier than it first appears.

ModeratorRe: NEW NAME FOR CORGI FROM APRIL 09
Are you saying that Corgi will still exist as a register for gas engineers as it is now? SO there will be 2 official Gas registration schemes?

ModeratorRe: NEW NAME FOR CORGI FROM APRIL 09
Quite funny that only last week Watchdog did a Corgi feature and pressed the point to consumers to always check the engineer really is registered and yet failed to mention anything about a near future name change.
