Is the filter clean and also clean the black plastic grill on the side of the sump once the fliter is removed. If this is blocked or restricted you get those exact symptoms.

There is a measuring container in the left hand side panel (as you look at the front) which could be blocked. Or sometimes we get wires breaking in the door loom which need expert repair. It could be the valve but its unlikely. Power off before touching anything please.

Think I am guilty of that as well. (obviously not the boiler) but certainly i have stickered washing machines and driers while I have been fixing a dishwasher which have no easy place to sticker. No complaints as yet!

It could be lots of things such as the door lock faulty or stuck in the door closed position. Does the door opening and closing feel normal? Other than that probably a faulty module/timer. these often suffer from water ingress through the buttons. Probably time for expert help.

No there is no “re programming” on this. Even the later smeg (not this model though) stuff have pc interfaces but its only used for fault finding and testing. They are having you on I think. All you can do is re- set it.

What do you mean by when left longer than an hour? you mean it runs for an hour then the problem occurs or after swtiching off and returning in an hour you cannot programme it? Have a look at the underside of the board for dry joints.

well I never, one set of relay contacts causing: no lights on pcb, no heat and no circulation…whatever next eh! and there was me thinking the only relay on that board was a heater relay….. I will also be very interested to find where you got these new relays from.

John, just a quick question. Have DHL set up a specialist collection service for Wee with trucks set up for the purpose or are they just collecting using the existing parcel delivery vans? Just making sure they understand that used appliances are heavy and messy things to transprort around.

31X8399 is the stat inside the door if thats what you mean.Re: Stoves integrated dishwasher.
It will be a brandt, have a look at 32X1675 on connections, it should be the one.

Can you tell us if the elements were blown? as sometimes they blow and take out some other stuff along the line. Check also the gas ignition for the hob is working as the 2 often fail together. Careful on the door switches as they dont all have them…even if shown in the manual. A faulty clock would give you a dead oven and I am assuming the thermostat light is on, right?
