The pump is right there in the front but a bit fiddly and messy to get out. Whatever, make sure the dishwasher is un plugged before touching anything. Use this link to find an engineer: http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/search/fi … ineer.html

Not sure that is a fault Sally, more an option you select. What is actually wrong with the dishwasher?

I dont know, sounds like the location may be too cold for it to work properly. Heat the room or move it inside for a bit to find out.

They have been, for about 2 years odd. They show a bod changing a hoover logic belt with the machines back prised off about 5 cm.

Dont turn it upside down ❗ It can be accessed by the two screws holding the panel at the front under the lower edge of the door. Remember to pull the plug out before attempting anything.

If you have got no feed to the circ pump then I guess it must be a control module fault. Wasnt there a story the other day about Indesit versions of these catching fire?

Could be a circ pump cutting out, i think you need to get some meter leads on the pump and check if its getting a feed when it cuts out.

ps. welcome to the forum, no need to SHOUT 😉

Have finaly had a response from http://www.uk-fridge-filters.co.uk/ who will do a trade discount 😛 but only on a 5 minimum basis 😥 . It does mean I can offer the customer 5 for little more than want for 1.

    Alex,
As you are a trade member, browse through the trade work and vacancies thread as well as the rumour thread for lots of stuff about the pitfalls of franchises.
By the way, what part of the country are you in?

Re: Any Old Creda/Tidas ex Engineers out there?

I remember the old door seal outer bands were thick wire with no give in it at all and you had to hook the ends around the door lock plate, horrible job as was the door interlock mod and as for changing a damper :eeek:
Once the lid was removed, the whole assembly became jelly like and werent the tub/backplate like Hoover? Then the dreaded plastic tubs and that awfull washer dryer, I vaguely recall a condenser from hell. Glad those days are over.

Perhaps we should set up a link to a UKW approved charity (meeting discusion perhaps?) for which any future money offered such as this could be paid/directed to.
