I have just mailed them about trade discount, if not i will just tell the customer the url and they can get them direct. Their price by the way is £38. They also do an auto debit system where the customer gets a new filter automaticly when due.

Thanks for the warning, fingers crossed it will last a bit longer so I can charge them again 😈

That sluice programme really got me worried as I thought the control modules (all 3 of them) had some fault and the cost would be frightening!

The dump valve is a fansticly simple thing and does away with all pump and filter problems, it was just a bit worrying to open the filter flap and be confronted by, well nothing really.

Its an intergrated model about 2-3 years old and I dont have the model numer only a hand book that tells me how to use it.
However it does have a page showing fault codes that relate to certain LED’s flashing. It has 5 different settings for washing, each has a separate LED to show which setting you have chosen. The LED on the extreme righthand side as you look down on the programming consul is now flashing and the door will not lock.
Also I can not change to any other program. Can you help

Almost certainly the door lock has “tripped” i.e. is in the door closed position. You may be able to flick the latch back by pushing something into the the slot in the door and rolling the latch back over, or the console may be broken where the lock mounts. Unplug b4 doing anything.

Thats known a an E7. Assuming its not got a flow meter on this model, it may only want re-setting. pm me your fax number and I will fax you an insturction. As it is a smeg model, you may have a flow meter fault though.

    Re: Beko Cooker cold oven

Its probably condensation. Is your kitchen really cold? Dont know of a problem on this cooker but MFI had a problem with an oven recently and do a mod kit for it but it will still produce condensation under certain circumstances.

Fixzone, is the name of the company flogging it.
Despite Daves comments, I feel the cost is reasonable, assuming it works as it says, and, they generaly seem to interested in the small outfits.

This could be a number of things, not so easy to test either. It almost certainly will not be the programmer as you suggested, it could be the motor speed module or the motor itself or even the wiring in between.

Dont forget to unplug it before investigating.

If you dont feel up to it, I am sure we can find an engineer for you: http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/search/fi … ineer.html

You will, of course need a PAT tester prices for which range from around £300 up to £1500, calibration certificate for tester will also be required as well as either computer software or hand written logs of results, labels etc and most of all lots of time as you will need to test literaly everything with a plug on it. Not sure of the going rate for this now but its usually a set up charge and a per item cost.

after reading the bumf they sent with it, if it does what they claim it is exactly what we (well I anyway) have been looking for. ie designed for one service desk, up to 5 engineers, van stock, shop stock and as far as I can tell it doesnt run on Access for a change.

Maybe not Dave, but there is a parograph that says ” we very much wish to persuade our partners to use this system so as we can increase the volume of repairs we pass to you.”

    is that blackmail or what!

oh and you can pay monthly, or rather they will “deduct £50 per month from our payment to you” ❗
