cannot see anything in that mail to suspect the turbidity sensor, infact I have never come across one as being faulty and do a heck of a lot of these over the years. sounds like the buttons stuck, bet the kettle and coffee jar are on the worktop above it. then whip the side of and replace the float and clean the hose from there into the sump and it will work like new.

    Re: INDUSTRY STANDARD WAGE ?

you are omitting to say his age and if on a apprentice program will be going to college once a week or so, correct? means you can pay a lot less than a going wage for an engineer. £13k is a good wage for an apprentice 18-19 years old.

have a look at the module under the door as blown heaters often take some track off which can be easily patched, just a thought, not sure it ties in with your flashing light symptons though. pcb can be programmed with the smart card reader. but,is it worth the hassle?

If the latch is not opening/ cutting off correctly would that prevent it from programming?

word of caution here Jim, its often not the latch that breaks but the mounting of it which is part of the console panel 763735661.

nope, still at the mercy of Maytag/Whirlpool and their ever increasing delivery estimates.

    Good Afternoon

All I can advise is that these are estimated time of arrivals sometimes parts do come into our warehouse earlier than expected sometimes later.

thanks, might be worth a try but I cannot understand they would have stock when Maytag themselves, connect etc are quoting ever extending delivery dates, currently 5 December from Maytag. Get the feeling with some of these unknown spare suppliers, although they quote in stock, they usually change their mind after ordering.

I really cannot see them keeping the existing supply chain. Prepare for a high end price tag on a beefed up (appearance wise at least) existing model.

There excuse we always wait in and people always seem to call late.

cannot believe you can still get away with all day appointments, no one around here would live with that. We give 3 hour windows now and even then they are on the phone 20 minutes after the start time of the window.

Another 2 days another call ” is my part in yet only you said you would phone when you had it “. Do they think I’m going to drive around for days with it on my van

Oh yes, I have even had it printed on the invoice that we will call them as soon as the part arrives- all part of the service! Do you think it works? no chance.
and they also think we are sitting around all day just waiting for the delivery to come and then can jump out straight away.
