the problem will probably lie in the main control board. the one behind the panel is just a user interface
some engineers can open these boards and check and repair the power supply

disconnect all the elements. insulate the wires and turn on and see if it trips then

if no re introduce the elements one at a time

I would run the unit with the back off to see if the element is going open circuit when it gets hot

also there are 80 ovens with this model number so a complete model or pnc would help to identify it

the oven I looked up had convection and fan oven facilities. if yours has and you are selecting convection oven then if the floor element fails is will fail to get to heat properly

ok you say the engineer disconnected the grill element and it was ok but when he took the elements out of the cooker completely it started to trip again ( I assume he insulated the wires)
you also say initially you tried the oven and it tripped. I am assuming you where talking about the fan oven which normally does not use the grill elements to heat up and uses a separate circular element. my focus would be on this one.

you problem most likely is element problems. considering the price of these cookers if it only needs a few elements it should be ok. make sure the elements that are fitted are good quality as the cheaper replacement elements are really quite poor these days but are still supplied because some engineers want to make a bigger profit at the expense of reliability

what you say is possible. one of the boards will have a power supply to provide power for all the electronics. its not unheard of for this to fail. you will not be able to see this unless you know what your looking for

make sure your getting live and neutral to the board as a neutral break would stop it but would still look like there is power to the board to the untrained eye

tried to look up machine but the model you provide is not listed so would need the pnc number

    and it is 11 flashes

unless the socket your plugged into is faulty looks like the board is faulty and detecting a fault that’s not there

does the cooker switch have a socket on it

if yes plug something in, if it works cooker circuit wired ok

you say you have had it 6 months stored where ? Damp ?

only the picture I found shows 2 dropper resistors which will probably be the power supply to the clock, worth checking
all else fails you could bridge it unless the customer wants it

Had a quick look on qualtex and they list both which is why I suggested it. I assume some are some aren’t

    sounds like a board failure

how did the pump fail ? mechanically or electrically

if electrically then its probably blown the board as it went

whats wrong with the old one?

very possibly if unit fills for too long it aborts to stop flooding. so faulty reed means signal is intermittent or not strong enough unit think its on a slow water supply. it will time out and abort

as long as the magnet is over the switch

As the water fills it turns a wheel that opens and closes the reed switch using a magnet. it is only closed circuit when the magnet is in front of the switch all other times it is open circuit.

one way you can test it ( but its not a reliable test) is to disconnect the wire and use your multimeter on buzzer mode. if you start a programme with the wire disconnected and put your multimeter across the switch as its filling it should go Beep Beep Beep etc as it closes.
its not a reliable test as the switch is used to count the water in. If it only makes 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the time it will let twice as much water in.

the only safe way after first making sure the wires are not broken to the timer is to replace it

eastlmark had same idea but both of us have said it now

are you sure about the number of flashes as 11 comes up with power supply problems voltage too high or low or frequency wrong

take it you are on a British electric supply as this is the sort of fault we expect when people export British appliances
