    Re: SIEMENS SN26M253GB/55 WIRING ISSUE

taking an educated guess at this one

this motor is a 3 phase motor. from my experience working on normal 3 phase machines if you cross the wires on a 3 phase motor it turns in the opposite direction

so if you cannot get the information you need and want to take a chance. run machine and see if motor is turning the correct way. if no you can swop any 2 wires and it will reverse

am making a few assumptions here and cannot be certain it will be correct but if it works the same as normal 3 phase it will

by the look of it small pcb is a power supply to the unit. cant see the earth cable on this causing the problem
also the trip will not go unless you get over 30ma to earth so a couple of megs to earth is ok

have you tried a long shot and connected the oven to another socket?

Re: Candy washing machine spinning problem

it is impossible for the motor to run and the drum not to turn. if it did you would burn out the belt
so I think you can hear the pump motor but the main motor does not start

first thing to look at in this situation is motor brushes

all whirlpool models contain letters and numbers there should also be a 12 digit number to help identify model
look around the door and try to find this label

    Re: Oven went pop…

you need to source and replace the thermostat

the stat consists of the control behind the knob and a long tube leading to a sensor in the oven

Re: AEG 5211V removing door glass

remove the oven door ( see owners manual for how)

then you will have to remove the screws that hold the outer glass in place

make sure you cant drop the glass when you do it so use a big table or better still the floor
