one of the things you have to understand about these pumps is you cant bench test them. yes you can get them to revolve but having water inside them is a whole different ball game.
your buzz can be only 1 of 2 things the pump or the fill valves and in your case i would suspect the pump. these pumps get intermittant as they wear. look for side to side play in the impellor. when the play is too much the rotor jams and wont start sometimes

ModeratorRe: Creda Cordialle Build in Oven (Fan & Element not working
most ovens have a red light that goes out when oven reaches temperature. if this ligh is on then its the element if its off its possibly the thermostat
one of the other faults is burnt out wires
but in answer to your post 90{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} plus of the time its the element

when both element and fan have gone off the most likely problem is the clock is in auto mode
check the clock and make sure it is in manual mode

dont know this unit but the lamps are 12 volt. somewhere inside is a 12 transformer providing the power. be careful when replacing lamps as the 50watt lamp looks the same and will overload and overheat the unit

have you actually taken out the heater and checked it
had one the other week doing this. would work and heat up
after removing heater found heater was blocked with fluff due to faulty door filter. was very surprised it could do this without burning smellDave

ModeratorRe: Hotpoint Aqualtis no water!
as the hose comes out of the drum there is a large plastic ball (called an ecoball) . if there is another colour catcher trapped it will be there.
take hose off between pump and drum and check for blockages
