have had 2 recently where gearbox had leaked oil on clutch needed new box and clutch

very easy job about 20 mins to change

there is a cap inside the agitator (plastic about 2 inches across) got hold of it with pliers an pull gently
underneath there is a bolt approx 10mm i think remove and the whole thing comes off

simple these machines are great to work on when u get used to them

cause they are a pain lol

dont know the full answer but it is a common problem seen one or two posts that point to overloading. this machine has a big drum so clients stuff it full of very heavy wet washing so when motor tries to start high start current takes out fuse

this is one possible scenario i await a more informed decision

had a few screws and the like stuck down front

remove boot pick a part of the tub between paddles and insert a big screwdriver to push tubfront out of the way. you just need to move it far enough to look down insdide with torch and find stuck item

then get old wire coathanger and bend to make hooks to get part out
gets a bit tricky but machine is scrap if you dont

tub may be a little mis shaped when you are done but you can pull it back in place as long as you dont strain it too much

if the resettable stat has gone i would look at air flow problems first.
this can obviously only pop if the drier is heating ok but if has low airflow across heater will cause it to overheat and trip

if it was me i would trace the wires back to the board and find the triac and replace it

thats the cheapest option

if it was me i would short it out for test purposes see if it heats for longer with it out

also did you try it with wet washing in exhaust temp is lower when clothes are wet

cant get on electrue website to have a look

rang 4 our house the samsung spares agent and they where useless the guy actually told me that there where only 15 parts in the machine but would not searchj for any more
