    thos light do 2 jobs
if you just set a programme and run it then its wash , rinse and dry

if you select to delay the programme from starting you can delay it 3h 6h or 9h. normally so you can take advantage of cheaper power

would not worry about pump. there is inductance in play as well as resistance, plus if it was only 110 ohms it would be drawring over 100W and would probably go on fire. the fact its not means its ok

as for the leak can be 2 things
    water overflow from somewhere
    or
condensation from bad seals letting into case and dripping down

any water getting into the draw ?

ok if the motor was energising the freel of the drum when you push it would change. even if the cap was not in circuit i would expect the run winding to energise which would make the drum feel heavier or light to push

you would need to take the side off to check motor and on samsung (did one yeaterday) you have to remove the front to remove side

you would have to look whats controlled

    Element
    fan
    lamp
    turntable or wave stirrer
    microwave inverter and mag
    grill element
    etc

not sure what yours has got as Bosch part site off at the mo

    ok long shot

as far as i can see hinge part no is 491777

showing as obsolete. funny thing is earlier hing is available

if you do a google search for part no then you get this

    https://www.inter-spares.co.uk/neff/neff-cookers/u1421s29b-02/hinge.html

seems to be a uk company with a phone no so could be worth a ring

    double check yourself

could also be a dud power relay on the board

if you find the relay and solder 2 temp wires to the coil connections so you can look to see if its energised

is the capacitor short circuit ?

try disconnecting one capacitor wire, then switch on and give the drum a push
    see if it turns then

    ok
when it fails does it just stop or does the display go blank too ?

if you open and close door does it restart (was thinking door sensor problem ) had one doing similar things and it was the top rack not going all the way in, this put pressure on the door and as it got hot it popped open just enough to stop it

the sensor are the small plug on the side of the motor next to the heater connection
be carfull that little plug can be fun to get out without breaking

there are 3 connections and 2 sensors. luckily they are the same so the measurements of each should be roughly identical

cant remember which is the common lead but think it may be the middle one

from the google search this problem can be caused by a few things

panel fault I know you have had it looked at but it does npt mean it still has a fault

Temperature sensor faults. these sensors are part of the wash motor

assume you checked pump impellor to how free it is. had this when a peice of cotton wrapped around impellor making it just a little stif but not enough to stop it all the time

    ok

    few things spring to mind

is the wash motor overheating and shutting down ?

if you switch off at the wall and wait 10 secs or so , what happens when you switch back on ( a lot of units start where the programme stopped )

you could try pausing the programme for 10 mins, if it lets you , or open the door. was trying to find out if something is getting too hot

did you check for play in pump bearings ?

or could be blocked pressure chamber
