Moderatorok did the motor turn at all ?
am looking for things it is doing wrong or not doing as a poss clue
was wondering if it was a water fill error but since this does not happen on spin then thats out
now thinking motor problem

Moderatorthere is a drip tray mounted on top of the compressor for defrost water
as for the photo of the underside be careful if you tilt it too far you will have to let it settle for hours before y turn it on

Moderatorwell it does sound like a board fault but the door locks are cheap so its worth swapping that just to see

I would take out inverter board and look for cracks but beware the high voltage caps
