    your bearings are goosed

and its not really a diy job, quite physically demanding, and depending on the amount of wear, could be £80-£120 to put right properly

when u turn the drum by hand, does it rumble?

if you open the door, and just try to lift the inner metal drum by the front edge, is there movement?

if there is, its a sign the bearings are going/gone

    is it oil?

theres a good chance the bearings are shot, to be honest

    it could be the fan!

has it had the modification done?

obvously the air isnt getting into the fridge… if the fan is running, there is an obstruction in the flow vent

no, but itll probably need defrosting before you take it off

two screws at the front, and it should slide forward easily

if it doesnt, itll be full off ice, and needs defrosting

since most bosch appliances are supplied with a 2yrs guarantee, it isnt really an issue is it?

you should be covered, theyre supposed to hold up to putting heavy, water filled pans on them

they should at very least send an engineer out to assess the problem

theres a good chance the regulator is faulty on both of them… the inner ring only comes on on lower settings generally

i take it the rear one is just a single one?
