is the only one i can find

as for the samsung ‘problems’ the consumer rights brigade seem to inundate us with, the problem isnt exactly pandemic, most things break down, the breakdown figures from samsung suggest less than a 2{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} breakdown rate, which is pretty low compared to other manufacturers, merloni being one of them

personally, i wouldnt buy a samsung fridge freezer, but thats not cos theres a lot of problems, i just think there are better appliances out there

i take your point about the freezer space

and i would say that the whirlpool ones that store the ice in the door cavity seem to have a lot more freezer space

i have an lg american style, and i love it.. its 18 mths old now and not a murmer from it, but then theres only 2 of us here and we arent overly bothered about freezer space

oh, and the word beko should be taken as a warning notice, not a name, steer well clear

    hope this helps

u really need to go into diagnostics

    E61: Insufficient heating during washing
    E62: Overheating during washing
E66: The contacts of the heating element power relay are always closed

    probably a faulty heater

coutd be the lock, spring on the door, or even the pcb … does the machine do anything?

open the dor, pull the green paddle towards you and it should come out

you can then look in the tub, see if you can see them.

otherwise, it may need to have the heater taken out or the tub split….

depends how competent you are, but either way, they have to come out, cos it WILL split the tub

ok, there is a bulletin from zanussi on the online setup…. if your machine has a welded tub, then u have to buy, front, back, inner tub.. seal.. all the bolts that screw it together

VERY expensive, pointless, and nothing else fits

go and buy a new one, because i did one, ordered everything they said, fit em, and it leaked onto the motor and blew up and had to be replaced

comets price for parts? well over £400

its because the welded tubs were only used in production, and not available as a service part

another classic example of manufacturers building to price again, which is surprising from zanussi
