    Re: Hotpoint wd440p modules

well, indespoint, the 5013 pcb is the one tech at merloni suggested

he quoted summink about the serial numbers, but as usual, the trade arent privvy to that just yet

as you know, the 91907 fits a large number of machines, and quite often, they fit, certainly all the washers

the problem becomes on some models, not all

oe of the connections on the board, it just doesnt fit

we’ve been advsed by merloni not to solder the connections,im sure that would work

im just waiting for the pcb to come, and ill compare.. thing is, since the 91907 is now defunct, i cant compare it to the original, only the so called replacement that doesnt fit!!!

doin my head in to be honest

it hasnt happened loads of times, it just the odd one

    ill keep you posted

try turning the temp up 1st to 5

if that dont work, ull have to defrost it

similarly, if u take out the second bottom drawer in the fridge, you’ll see the water chamber at the back

warm it up with a hairdryer, it usually works

    sorry mate

despite your findings, and the fact that the cooker is duel fuel, unfortunately we arent legally allowed to help you

you see, technically, because its gas, its to be repaired by a corgi approved engineer

that doesnt stop u, as the consumer dismantling the thing, just your not legally competent

so unfortunately, its qualified engineer time

sorry, we just arent allowed to help

    good luck

you’ll only really stop em scraping if you change the drum assy, that has a shaft attatched to it, and has a greatly differing rear profile

ive done loads, and they all scrape sooner or later, save some money and time and fit a new drum!!!

Re: Dreaded Samsung -SRS2029CSS not sensing temperatures

🙁 u not read these forums yet?
defrost sensors/thermal fuses/evaporator covers are more likely culprits

    pcb’s are usually reliable

it might help if u read the other samsung posts

just ignore the ridiculous pc fan stuck in with sticky tape thread, thats just silly, and resorted to personal insults via personal messages

    hope this helps

Re: indesit wdg1295 not drying efficiently – fluff build up?

yup, the condenser will be blocked, its the big plastic chamber on the rear of the drum

cant go into specifics on removal, i aint bein held responsible for you having your fingers sewn back on

if your gonna do it, unplug, good thick safety gloves and a great deal of patience

im not sure if the tcr2 is the later model.. is the water tray at the top or botom?
