    the new machines now use a ‘smart card’ to programme the modules, you will be able to buy a smart card reader, when you order a module you then use the reader with the smart card for each machine to programme

    yep. but the ruling is that payment MUST be made upfront, by card, before the call will even be booked!

    had one a while back too, was totally lost till i took out the whole switch, its only then that you may see one contact slightly moved out of place

    yep with all the fault codes on this machine, if heater is o/c it will stick in a wash with no fault shown!

    is that the one with the old corrogted hose from the meter tank to sump?, can get sludged up, overfill cuts in & machine stops

    ive been to a few ‘dead’ machines, every one has had a fried slug on the module! they seem to be attracted to the live board, no other failures in 2 years of prodution yet

    i had a company do the same with my credit card a while back, the card companies say they cannot cancel a re-couring transaction, however if you tell the card company your card is damaged a new one will be issued with a different expiry date, so when BT try to get the money it will be rejected

    usually if the motor is no go & not registering a fault it will be the board faulty,

    yep, think i posted about this a while back, the filter & lead is prob fine, its the moulded plugs that are failing, cut it off & fit a wired plug, problem solved!

    so you went xmas shopping and came home with a laptop?, nice, got a new laptop few months back, well worth getting one of those data transfer cables, was pulling out what hair i have left when i tried without one
