Re: Bosch DKE995 AGB – Cooker Hood

Being that its Bosch Mick I cant see the motor being faulty unless its really old, if its fairly new there might be something stuck in the fan blade, I’ve had screws, the actual supply cable, junction boxes, tape etc might be worth a quick check

If its doing it after Pyroclean I would change the temperature probe first, after that if it still happens after Pyroclean function power card might be faulty

Has it got a capacitor, some cooker hoods are capacitor start motors, dont know about Bosch ones though as only repair other brands like De Dietrich.

If it has a capacitor it might be inside the control PCB box or motor housing, hope this helps.

I came out of Yell and Yell.com 3 years ago, used to spend about £4k a year, same as Alex I invested a lot less money in my IT and website and found I havent lost any chargeable calls but gained more from my website and through out of warranty recomendations from manufacturers, I will never advertise with them again or other directories complete waste of money.

As Martin said it maybe a mechanical problem or a blockage in the wash pump the only way to check is to take wash pump off and inspect it, power off first.

The solenoid isnt available as a spare part on its own, it comes with the complete wash pump, nightmare of a job to change the wash pump even for us experienced Engineers 😯
IMO I would get an experienced Engineer to undertake this repair for you, as I said it could also be the PCB not switching the valve on but it will have to be tested to find that out :rolls:

Have you checked base tray for any kind of water leakage? switch power off first

Re: ACA9102 Bottom Arm Not Rotating

Check you havent selected half load, half load will switch off water supply to one of the spray arms through a solenoid valve on the wash pump, other than that it will be either the solenoid on the wash pump faulty or the PCB control…. switch off power first before working on it, good luck 🙂
