Excellent website, very easy on the eye and technically very good and easy to navigate, extremely jealous as I couldn’t afford one like it, just have to stick with the one I do myself 😀Jonah

Try AWS Services on 01603 412324 they might have some left from the old MFI days that their Engineers used

ParticipantRe: ISE 10 1607 Door Lock Change
Hi Mark,
I’ve tried adjusting it a couple of times, used vaseline and silicone spray but it so hard to push the door into it to get it to lock the lady can’t do it as she isn’t strong enough so changing the lock might make it easier for her, there doesn’t seem to be an issue with the door

ParticipantRe: Best make of van for the job (all rounder)
Had a Fiat Scudo 2.0TDI for 4years 120,000 on the clock and no issues, totally crap in snow and ice though , 2 x side doors & 3 seats handy, not that comfy but ok, might get another but would prefer something a bit bigger next time ( comments expected !! ) :rotfl:

The tight area calls, and if the repairer has a smallish operation it will pay. Even more so when the repairer is the boss as he will manage the calls and engineer the repairs accordingly. On that basis he may well make a job of it, and it gives him the opportunity to grow his business.

I’m in that situation Alex and I couldn’t make it pay so, as you and Ade know, I packed in the DSG contract at the end of July, I agree though that my costs are considerably lower than both of yours but if I had had to carry with the DSG contract because of no other work I could have short term but at the end of the day it’s the profit margin I look at not just my wages out of it otherwise there is no point running your own business whether you are a one man band or a larger operation.

Check the terminal block, U clips may not be tightened correctly
