It will be made by Hoover, the only information I have is for the previous version HJA8703 when Howdens were owned by MFI, I will dig out what I have and email it to you if you PM me your address.
It will probably be the power card on the right hand side of the machine, if you get the codes from the rating plate the technical information can probably be sourced through GIAS website, HTH.

New someone would have a different opinion, service and technical back up is very good now, believe me Ian I’ve worked with them for a long time and this is the best I’ve known it mate, this cooker though is a really nice bit of kit and I am thinking of getting one myself 🙂

If it’s under 2 years old it will still be under warranty from Bosch if you registered the warranty, other than that the obvious fault would be the heater faulty but you will need to check all components with a meter to diagnose correctly, remember plug out before you start :zap:

Easiest way is to replace the complete dispenser as a unit, part number 490467, a little more in cost but a lot quicker 🙂

Thanks Ben, I thought it was temperature problem, fitted a new probe about 2 years ago so probably the relay on the board

It could be anything on this model Steve, wash pump, dispenser, mains suppressor any of them with low insulation will make the PCB do all sorts of things, but from your description I would tend to agree with you on a knackered PCB.
From the serial number you give it was made in Sept 2001 so maybe a sale of new Neff or Bosch might be in order 😉
