    I’ve changed loads of bearings on these 6205 and 6206 bearings fitted and a zanussi bearing seal is the exact size these washer are easy to work on to

    2 possible causes 1 the heater is faulty 2 the main pub has fail you can check the heater buy removing the rear cover and checking the thermostat with a multimeter

    As I’ve worked for Hoover and as it states in most instruction manuals the plug may be rewired by an electrician or electrically competent person but it’s engineers discretion and it a easy I’m not doing it as it hasn’t been fitted correctly. Plus if you can physically can touch a appliance in a wash room or wet room,bath or shower it shouldn’t be installed as the manufacturer doesn’t have to honour the warranty

    My advice on this is do an insulation check if over 5meg change module unless you have access to a men loader

    I would suggest a local independent shop after sales are normally a lot better if you have any problems and can normally get it delivered quicker

    Have you tried lighting with a lighter this is the only advice I can give you any repair on a gas cooker must be undertaken by a gas safe engineer

    Get called out to a zanussi zwg7120k washer not taking fabric softener try to explain the dispenser needs changing she starts having a argument with me it shouldn’t do this try telling her it’s her fault not having none of it, in the end I walked away from the repair as she wanted me to guarantee she would never have the same problem again 😡 😡
