    This fault can also be down to the heating element

    All I can suggest is checking the ntc on dryer or wash ntc they can cause odd faults 😉

    I would imagine the tub complete has failed the drum they do go a lot as it’s a 1600 spin and people more often a lot put a full load in on a quick wash programme 😉

    A&b on the photo is where the wires connect to the heater this is where you check continuity if you don’t have a reading the heater is faulty c is irrelevant

    If you have your boiler serviced annually a gas safe engineer will only carry out a visual check of the appliances unless you can smell gas from the area the fitting is there is no issue only it’s not a very good job.

    Check the rotar assembly the spline could be slipping where the drum sits Kai

    What for a 45 minute job they are a hell of a lot easier than what they used to be easy peasy when you used to work for hoover 😉 you only had 40mins per job including driving there

    The customer bought 2nd hand only paid £50 for it so I know the repair will be over £60 and she wount go with that so she probably gonna end up buying a new 2nd hand 1

    Check the dc module if tracks are blown then that will need changing

    It’s behind the control knob to turn the oven on this will take some dismantling of the cooker make sure power is off if you are to investigate

    I would check the switch that controls the oven they are common to fail
